HOW IT WORKS

The tracking devices mounted on your trucks transmit data via satellite and/or a GPRS network via an international network of earth stations to the LAIKI servers. Here they are stored and can be accessed via a web-based interface at any time.

LAIKI TRACKING enables you to transmit and receive all the information you need to ensure superior fleet management. Information can be transmitted in three ways:

  • Pre-scheduled – data transmitted at regular intervals for example MOTION or STATIONARY alerts.
  • Event-triggered – data transmitted due to an extra-ordinary occurrence for example START, STOP, PANIC alerts.
  • Polling modes depending on your needs – data transmitted as a result of a request from the web-interface for example LIVE-POLL alerts.
How Laiki works
