LAIKI TRACKING’s global positioning satellite (GPS) technology can pin-point the location of your truck to within 30 feet anywhere on the face of the planet. Once your location is established, it is then communicated to the LAIKI servers via satellite or GPRS network.

There are 4 Geo-stationary satellites whose ‘beams’ overlap to ensure that you simply get un-paralleled GLOBAL coverage!

In addition, the LAIKI-Combo tracking device also has GPRS capabilities in addition to satellite capabilities. This means that when this unit is within coverage, it will transmit data via the GPRS network. When it is out of range of a GPRS network, it will simply and seamlessly transmit this data via the satellite network.
